– 1 pack of our plant-based crispy Dim Sum (steamed or pan-fried)

– 2 tbsp sesame oil (for pan-frying)

– 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

– 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (optional, for dipping)

– Fresh cilantro or scallions for garnish

Instructions: 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the Dim Sum and pan-fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce or tamari for a savory finish.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or scallions, and a side of chili garlic sauce for dipping.

Creamy Mixed Pea & Basil Soup 

Serves 4 

Ingredients: 

– 2 cups mixed peas (fresh or frozen – green peas, snap peas, and snow peas)

– 1 small onion, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (oat or almond works well)

– 1 cup vegetable broth

– 1 handful fresh basil leaves

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1-2 white jasmine flowers (for garnish, optional)

Instructions: 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add the mixed peas and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Pour in the vegetable broth and plant-based milk. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the fresh basil leaves and let the mixture cool slightly.
