  • 1 pack of our plantbased crispy Dim Sum (steamed or panfried)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil (for panfrying)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp chili oil or sriracha (optional, for extra heat)
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions: 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the Dim Sum and panfry for 34 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce or tamari for a savory finish.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves, and a side of chili oil or sriracha for dipping.

Spicy Mixed Chili, Pea & Red Bean Soup 

Serves 4 

Ingredients: 

 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)

 1 cup cooked kidney beans (canned or freshly cooked)

 1 small onion, chopped

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 12 fresh red chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)

 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

 4 cups vegetable broth

 1 tsp smoked paprika

 1 tsp ground cumin

 1 tbsp olive oil

 Salt and pepper to taste

 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions: 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and chopped chilies until fragrant and softened.
