Instructions: 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the Dim Sum and pan-fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce or tamari for a savory finish.

 Creamy Mixed Potato Soup 

Serves 4 

Ingredients: 

– 2 cups mixed potatoes (Yukon Gold, sweet potatoes, or purple potatoes), peeled and diced

– 1 small onion, chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 4 cups vegetable broth

– 1 cup unsweetened plant-based cream (cashew or oat cream works well)
