I am
authentic.
The idea to develop her own products was born when Hongmei (Ivy) Zhang, Yumbau's founder, was asked by her friends where they could find authentic and healthy Dim Sum food during her MBA study at Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Hongmei grew up in Northern China, near the gateway to Tibet. As a little girl, she and her grandmother used to prepare dinner for the whole family. Her favorite food was Dim Sum - filled with fresh natural ingredients in various flavors. This is how the idea was born to provide the best Dim Sum in the world!
